Brand Direction, Management

As Website Manager at TXD, I was responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s website experience, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to better support customers, sales teams, and internal workflows.
I also played a key role in preparing TXD for a larger website redesign. The previous website lacked several foundational features, including product search, organized resource libraries, and a streamlined product browsing experience. As the project progressed, I helped bring structure to the redesign process by auditing website requirements, organizing product data and digital assets, and ensuring content was prepared for implementation.
To support the rebuild, I developed project requirements and collaborated with external development partners to define website functionality, content organization, and user experience needs. This work helped establish a clearer direction for the redesigned website and created a stronger foundation for future content management and digital growth.
One project I executed involved creating a new set of landing pages to clarify TXD’s service offerings and improve how customers navigate key areas of the website. Using existing design components created by the development team, I developed a standardized page structure incorporating product calls-to-action, internal crosslinking, testimonials, and benefit-focused content. I conducted research to inform each page’s messaging and wrote all on-page copy to create a clearer and more user-focused experience. The Samples page became one of the top 10 most visited pages on the website and helped reduce unwanted sample-related inquiries by approximately 80%.
Since project launch, I have uploaded over 400 products amounting to over 12,000 items to the site.
