Product Catalogs
For a proprietary product line, TXD staff used to share a catalog file with clients by placing the TXD logo over the manufacturer's logo. Doing so caused a lot of confusion and even a loss of specifications since everything was identical.
The current catalog template is busy and drastically different from the manufacturer's. It's been a comfortable and reliable template for the last two years, but it was composed for a quick turnaround and doesn't do justice to the product line or the company.
I redesigned the catalog template in the spring of 2024. Designed in InDesign with a minimalist aesthetic, the new template has more opportunities to develop custom creative copywriting for the collections, which will be more successful in setting TXD proprietary products apart from the manufacturers' original branding.
The new design is much more efficient; updating 30 collection brochures is currently underway.
