Longform Marketing Copy

When a top-selling product collection was discontinued and the manufacturer underwent a brand transition, customers were left navigating confusing redirects and limited information about replacement products. TXD needed a way to clearly communicate the change, guide customers toward available alternatives, and maintain a consistent customer experience across digital channels.
I developed a multichannel product announcement strategy that included tailored copywriting for each distribution point, ensuring consistent messaging across email, website content, and promotional materials. The campaign leveraged manufacturer-provided imagery alongside educational content to help customers understand the product transition and available replacement options.
For the website, I created updated SEO-focused product descriptions, on-page content, hero banner messaging, and a long-form blog announcement to support product discovery and search visibility. The project required coordinating product information, brand messaging, and customer-facing content to create a clear transition path for customers exploring the new collections.
For years, Ashbury has been a staple in subway tile installations with our clients because of its elegant, neutral colors and dynamic surface offerings, which range from traditional decorative reliefs to sleek beveled edges. But even the best of the best need to retire someday. Pure by Sonoma recently received an upgrade to meet the expectations long-established by the Ashbury line.
